The year 2022 proved yet again the strength of our community and the nonprofits that help it thrive.
The year began with renewal through local partners doing incredible environmental work and feeding communities. Our educators found energy through fellowship, while culture sparked magic in the hearts of each of us.
It was October when the course of the year changed direction, leaving our community to weather one of the strongest hurricanes to ever hit the U.S. Without hesitation, our partners got to work offering immediate relief and helping people get back on their feet.
Much like the unique characteristics of the mangrove whose deep roots adapt effortlessly to harsh conditions, our nonprofit ecosystem withstood a test of truly unprecedented times.
We hope you feel inspired by this look back at the strong roots and new growth of 2022 >
