We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Jones and Ben Hanan have been reelected to our Board of Directors. Each will serve a three-year term on the Board.
Stephanie is a longtime corporate recruiting and human resource executive who serves as Director, Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition at global professional services firm Kroll. Her community involvement also includes serving as a trustee of the Hermitage Artist Retreat in Englewood. Stephanie began her first three-year term on the Barancik Foundation Board in 2021.
Ben is a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, where he practices business and estate planning. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Ben has served as board chair of All Faiths Food Bank, Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County, Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, and Gulf Coast Community Foundation. This will be his first full term on our Board.
Barancik Foundation also elected the following individuals as corporate officers for a one-year term: Rebecca H. Barancik, Board Chair; Hosana Fieber, Vice Chair; Teri A Hansen, President; Ev Bosque, Treasurer; and Jessica Polk, Secretary.
